OMICS International successfully hosted the International Conference on Food Safety and Regulatory Measures during August 17-19, 2015, at Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel, Birmingham, UK. The conference focused on the theme “Revolutionizing the Food Safety for a Safe and Secure Future”. The conference was successful in gathering eminent speakers from various reputed organizations and their paramount talks enlightened the gathering.

The pragmatic meet organized by OMICS International received generous response from the Editorial Board Members of OMICS Group Journals as well as expertise from academia, talented researchers and young student community. Researchers and students who attended from different parts of the world made the conference one of the most successful and productive events in 2015 from OMICS Group. The conference was marked with the presence of renowned Speakers, Young Researchers, Students and Business Delegates driving the three day event into the path of success with thought provoking keynote and plenary presentations.

Food Safety-2015 also comprised of International Pre-conference workshop on “Safety assessment of chemical contaminants in food” on February 26, 2015 in Budapest, Hungary by Dr. Arpad Ambrus, National Chain Food Safety Office, Hungary.

Food Safety-2015 further comprised of International Workshop on “Food safety in the management of food sensitivities: Differentiating allergies from intolerances” on August 17, 2015 at the Conference venue itself by Dr. Carla Vartanian, American Overseas Dietetic Association, Lebanon.

The proceedings of the conference were embarked with an Opening Ceremony followed by Workshops and a series of Lectures delivered by both Honorable Guests and members of the Keynote forum. The adepts who promulgated the theme with their exquisite talk were:
