Heart Rate

As per available reports about 146 Conference Proceedings and 17 Conferences by OMICS International relevant to Heart rate.

Heart rate, or heart pulse, is the speed of the heartbeat measured by the number of heartbeats per unit of time -typically beats per minute (bpm). Heart rate varies from person to person and body’s physical needs such as the need to absorb oxygen and excrete carbon-dioxide. Heart can vary in an individual due to physical exercise, sleep, anxiety, stress, air temperature, body position, body size, illness, ingesting and drugs. Heart rate can be measured manually or electronically. Manually Heart rate is measured by finding the pulse of the heart. This pulse rate can be found at any point on the body where the artery's pulsation is transmitted to the surface by pressuring it with the index and middle fingers. The normal resting adult human heart rate is the lowest amount of blood pumped by heart needed by a person if not exercising. The normal resting heart rate ranges between 60-100 bpm. Possible points for measuring the heart rate are ventral aspect of the wrist called the radial artery, ulnar artery, neck called the carotid artery, inside of the elbow, or under the biceps muscle called the brachial artery, the groin called the femoral artery, Behind the medial malleolus on the feet called the posterior tibial artery, Middle of dorsum of the foot called the dorsalis pedis, Behind the knee called the popliteal artery, Over the abdomen called the abdominal aorta, The chest, the temple called the superficial temporal artery, the lateral edge of the mandible called the facial artery and The side of the head near the ear called the posterior auricular artery.

OMICS International Organizes 1000+ Global Events Every Year across USA, Europe & Asia with support from 1000 more scientific societies and Publishes 700+ Open access journals which contains over 100000 eminent personalities, reputed scientists as editorial board and organizing committee members. The conference series website will provide you list and details about the conference organize worldwide.

Scope and Importance:

Heart Rate Conference provides the scope for opportunities to learn progressed by international scientists and academicians.Heart rate, or heart pulse, is the speed of the heartbeat measured by the number of heartbeats per unit of time -typically beats per minute (bpm).Heart rate is measured electronically by the use of electrocardiograph, or ECG. An ECG generates a pattern based on electrical activity of the heart, which closely follows heart function. On the ECG, instantaneous heart rate is calculated using the R wave-to-R wave (RR) interval and multiplying/dividing in order to derive heart rate in heartbeats/min.
Abnormalities in the Heart Rate are of three types. Bradycardia is a slow heart rate, defined as below 60 bpm which is associated with medical conditions such as hypothyroidism. Tachycardia is a fast heart rate, defined as above 100 bpm at rest which occurs due to Exercise, Pregnancy, Emotional conditions such as anxiety or stress, Sepsis, Fever, Anemia, Hypoxia, Hyperthyroidism, Hyper secretion of catecholamine, cardiomyopathy, calvular heart diseases and acute radiation syndrome. Arrhythmia is a condition when the heart is not beating in a regular pattern. These abnormalities of heart rate sometimes, but not always indicate disease.

Market Analysis

Keeping in view of the importance of Heart rate a large number of conference are being organized all over the world such as 14 in Asia like 15th China (Beijing) Medical Devices Exhibition (CMEH 2014), 21 in europe like Cardiostim 2016 - The 20th World Congress in Cardiac Electrophysiology and Cardiac Techniques, 25 in USA like 22nd Annual Arrhythmias & the Heart: A Cardiovascular Update 2015.

Around 18 National symposiums and Workshops are going to be held across the globe which includes “Heart Rate Monitors: A Symposium on Management, Use, And Effectiveness”, “21st European symposium on computer aided process engineering”, “Fourteenth Symposium on Cardiac Arrhythmias”, “HPE Workshop - Heart Rate Monitoring”, “Fetel heart rate monitoring workshop” an so on.
