Hepatitis 2015 Report
Conference Series LLC takes a great pride in announcing the commencement of "World Congress on Hepatitis” during July 20-22, 2015 at Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport, Florida, USA. The conference highlights the theme “Raising global awareness on hepatitis and fighting the stigma surrounding the disease”. It is the annual meeting for the study of Hepatitis.
With the support and contribution of the organizing committee members, we successfully hosted an event at the conference venue. Active participation and generous response were received from the Organizing Committee Members, Editorial Board Members of Conference Series LLC Journals, Professors, Researchers, Experts and Students from diverse groups who made this conference as one of the most successful and productive event in 2015 from Conference Series LLC. The conference was marked with the attendance of young researchers, business delegates and students who have driven this event into the path of success.
The conference was initiated with a warm welcome note from Honorable guests and the Keynote forum lead by Dr. Mark A Feitelson, Associate Director, Temple University, USA. The proceedings went through interactive sessions and panel discussions headed by Dr. Trent W Nichols, AMRI, USA, an honorable Moderator for the conference, who contributed a major part for the success of this event. The event offers a best platform with its well organized scientific program to the audience on the topics Hepatitis Care and Cure, Diagnosis & Liver Pathology/ Case Studies, Assessment of Liver Diseases, Liver cancer and Hepatocellular carcinoma, Advanced Management of Liver diseases, Clinical Liver Transplantation and Liver Surgery, Advancement in new drug discovery for treatment of hepatitis, Advance Technologies for the treatment of hepatitis and Liver diseases, Current research in Hepatology.
The conference witnessed an amalgamation of peerless speakers, who enlightened the crowd with their enviable research knowledge and on various alluring topics related to the field of hepatitis, carried out through various scientific-sessions and plenary lectures:
- Does the hepatitis B antigen HBx promote the appearance of liver cancer stem cells? -Dr. Mark A Feitelson, Temple University, USA
- The Growing Epidemic in HCC from Hepatitis/NASH Cirrhosis in American Veterans-Dr. Trent W Nichols, AMRI, USA
- Lower GI Bleeding in Patients with cirrhosis- Dr. Maxwell M Chait, Columbia University, USA
- Impacts of platelets on the prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma– Dr. Sen-Yung Hsieh, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan
Also, the conference proceeding was encouraged through the wonderful symposiums by Dr. Andre Jean Remy, Perpignan Hospital, France, on the title ” New tools of screening viral hepatitis in real life: The French model of care” and by Dr. Ehab Abd-El-Atty, Menoufia University, Egypt, on the title “HCC risk factors synergism in Egypt and how to prevent?”
A workshop session was done on “The Cirrhosis Micro-environment and Hepato-carcinogenesis” by Dr. Sen-Yung Hsieh, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan.
Conference Series LLC has taken the privilege of felicitating Hepatitis-2015 Organizing Committee, Editorial Board Members and Keynote Speakers who supported for the success of this event. Conference Series LLC, on behalf of the conference exhibitor congratulate the Best Poster awardee Dr. Chiou-Hwa Yuh, Institute of Molecular and Genomic Medicine, Taiwan for her outstanding performance in the field of Hepatocellular carcinoma and appreciates all the participants who put their efforts in poster presentations and sincerely wishes them success in future endeavors.
We are glad to inform that all accepted abstracts for the conference have been indexed in Conference Series LLC Journal of Liver and Journal of Liver Disease and Transplantation as a special issue.
