Conference Series LLC LTD organized the 30^th International Conference on Dental Science and Advanced Dentistry in Las Vegas, USA, during May 22-23, 2017. The summit was organized under the theme “Explore the Innovatory Treatments in Dentistry”. It was a grand success where eminent keynote speakers from various reputed universities and organizations made their resplendent presence and addressed the gathering.

Jeff Burgess, Director of Oral Care Research Associates, USA presented a paper on “The importance of Salivary Assessment in Dental Practice”, Curtis Westersund, University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, gave a presentation on “The “Physiology of Occlusion”, Susan Cushing, DMD, Pocasset, Mass, presented on “Dental Anxiety & Dental Phobia; Dr. Eliana Rossini Ribeiro, Rossini Health and Esthetic, Brazil enlightened the audience with her presentation “Hyaluronic acid filler as an ally on orthodontic cases ”; Dr. Simone Sattler Pinheiro, CEO, Odonto Faciale School, Brazil elucidated on “Dentistry’s treatments with hyaluronic acid for facial fillers”;  Armen Mardirossian, Diplomate, American Board of Periodontology, USA described about “Scope of modern contemporary Periodontics & Implant dentistry”;  Miguel Angelo Sattler Pinheiro, São Leopoldo Mandic University, Brazil explained about the “New perspectives on immediate implants using custom provisional healer             ”, Dr. Radwa M A Eldessouky, Tanta University, Egypt gave the presentation on the “Five tips to consider before planning esthetic laminate veneers”; Dr. Paula Pinheiro de Abreu, Faculdade de Odontologia UNESP, Brazil  presented on “Why dentists will never be replaced by technology?”; Dr. Simone de Lucas, Professor of Bichectomy. Surgery for Dentists, Brazil enlightened the audience with his presentation entitled “Bichectomy: A small and simple intraoral surgical procedure with great facial results”; Dr. Paulo Roberto Lisa Sanchez, Scientific Advisor of the Brasilian Academy of Integrative and Regenerative Medicine, Brazil,  gave a paper presentation on “Dr. Sanchez curettes for root decontamination".;Dr. Mohannad El Akabawi, Misr University for Science and Technology, Egypt presented his research entitled “Esthetic and surgical treatment using diode laser”; Dr. Shirlei Devesa, CEO, Dental Esthetic Clinic, Brazil presented her paper on “The use of  botulinum toxin and facial fillers in orthodontic surgical patients”.

Day 2 started with Dr. Israel Ismaj’s presentation on “Predictable Implant prosthetics in your daily practice. What is really working in clinical dental offices?” ; Dr. Ron Eliashar, Professor of Otolaryngology Hadassah-Hebrew University School of Medicine, Israel ,enthralled the audience with his speech entitled “The role of the Otolaryngologist and of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in sinus lift and dental implantation”; Dr. Eliashar was followed by Dr. Cristiano Bellico de Paiva, CEO, Outbox School, Brazil who presented his work on “Platelet rich fibrin for skin rejuvenation”; Dr. Andre Luiz de Oliveira, CEO, Outbox School, Brazil presented his paper on “The five steps concept: A new approach in orofacial harmonization” ; Dr. Adriane Roim Vanni, Minister of Botulinum Toxin Training and Facial Fill for dentists, Brazil elucidated on “The use of botulinum toxin type A, to smooth and harmonize the lip of border line patients with vertical maxillary excess and consequent gingival smile”.; Prof. Patrícia Guedes Maciel Vieira, University teacher School, Thoppi, Brazil, presented her thesis “Rinomodeling with hyaluronic acid”. Dr. Eduardo Antônio de Castro Vieira, University teacher School Thoppi, Brazil, enlightened the audience with his presentation, “Fixed prosthesis on implants with gingival preservation”.; The event was concluded with an enthralling presentation from Dr. Engie Mohamed Moustafa ,Safwat, National Research Centre, Egypt and a video presentation  on “Emergency treatment with diode laser for endodontically treated tooth with periapical abscess comparing with traditional surgical treatment” by Dr. Dheyaa Najah Obada, University of Baghdad, Iran.

This conference was a path breaking opportunity for students too, were given a chance to exhibit their paramount research work through Poster Presentations and discuss the same with the exalted scientists.

All the papers presented at Advanced Dentistry-2017 have been published in the proceedings of the Journal of Dentistry.
