On June 26-27, 2014, OMICS Group organized its 2^nd International Conference on Bioprocess and Engineering. This pragmatic conference was OMICS Group’s endeavour to strengthen the future of Bioprocess with the support of researchers, university professors, industrialists, engineers, editorial board members of OMICS journals, and students.

The conference was initiated with a series of keynote addresses by well-known speakers Osama O. Ibrahim, Bio Innovation, USA; Hector Hernandez-Escoto, University of Guanajuato, Mexico and more, who gave their energetic and fruitful contributions at Bioprocess-2014.

The keynote sessions, invited lectures by honourable guests, and all the other sessions highlighted the current challenges, issues, opportunities, innovations and ideas in Bioprocess and Engineering research. The top-notch speeches mirrored the theme “Novel Strategies and Innovation of Bioprocess and Engineering”. The theme touched upon various topics like, but not alone, The Art of Fermentation, Fermentation Extravaganza: A New Revolution for Food and Beverages, Fermentation Aspects of New Product Development, Application of Bioprocess and Fermentation and Cell Culture Media. The talks have surely enlightened the vague paths and given a rewarding learning environment to all the attendees.
