Dentists-2017

Conference Series organized the 23rd Global Dentists and Pediatric Dentistry Annual Meeting at Munich, Germany during July 17-18, 2017 was organized with a focus on “Current trends of dentists to create a smile of the life time”. It was a great success where eminent keynote speakers from various reputed universities and organizations made their resplendent presence and addressed the gathering.

Dr. Huseyin Avni Balcioglu, Istanbul University, Turkey conducted a workshop on “Radiologic anatomy of head and neck with real cases of MRI, CT and CBCT” on July 18, 2017 in connection with this conference as a curtain raiser to this topic.

Chiang, Canada China Child Health Foundation, Canada, gave a presentation on “Dentistry role in cleft lip and palate management”. Dr. Johann Lechner, Clinic for Integrative Dentistry, Germany presented on “Hyperactivated signaling pathways of chemokine RANTES/CCL5 in osteopathies of jawbone in cancer and autoimmune diseases – Neglected dental cause of systemic diseases?"; Dr. Huseyin Avni Balcioglu, Istanbul University, Turkey enlightened the audience with his presentation “Who, why and how to treat Temporomandibular Joint Disorders (TMD)”; Dr. Aleksandar Dimkov, Saints Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje, Republic of Macedonia elucidated on “Glass-ionomer cements a template for releasing an antimicrobial agent”;  Dr. Voltis Dakaj, Aldent University, Albania described about “The precision of fit of zirconia all ceramic crowns”; Dr. Arthur D Goren and Dr. Iryna Branets, New York University College of Dentistry, United States explained about the “Juvenile dosimetry of panoramic and CBCT imaging for visualizing root resorption”, Dr. Hiba Asrar, King’s College London, UK gave the presentation on the “Signaling involved in blood vessel regulation during early tooth development”; Nilufer Balcioglu, Istanbul university, Turkey presented on “Recent update to the augmentation procedures in oral implantology”: Raphael Boudas, Strasbourg University, France enlightened the audience with his presentation entitled “Bonding bridge ceramic on veneer in failure implant case for young adult or teenager: Case report”; and Heidy Stefanie Yonathan, Padjadjaran University, Indonesia, Jordan gave a paper presentation on “Correlation between family economic status and dental caries risk aged 0-3 years: A study to prevent caries in the earliest age". Dr. Beliz Guray, Istanbul University, Turkey presented a paper on “Positional assessment of impacted canines: A CBCT study”; Dr. Cosimo Nardi, University of Florence, Italy, gave a presentation on “The role of cone beam CT with large field of view in Goldenhar syndrome”. Dr. Ilknur Ozcan, Istanbul University, Turkey presented on “The relationship among concha bullosa, mucosal thickening and maxillary sinusitis based on CBCT finding"; Dr. Mehmet Sefa Hacibektasoglu, Istanbul University, Turkey elucidated on “Oral implant surgery in patients on medications”;Dr. Quazi Billur Rahman, Banganbandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University, Bangladesh elucidated on “Update in management of oral cancer - Our experience”. Dr. Johann Lechner, Clinic for Integrative Dentistry, Germany, gave a presentation on “Inflammatory pathways in jawbone by hyperactivated RANTES/CCL5 as a general health threat”;  Dr. Maitha Alkhayat, Dubai Health Authority, UAE presented on “Caries prevalence in 3-5 year old children in private schools in Dubai"; Hiba El Khatib, University of Sharjah, UAE elucidated on “Work-related musculoskeletal pain among different dental specialists in United Arab Emirates”; Lakshmi Harish, Oman Dental College, Oman elucidated on “Enhancing interdisciplinary communication”.

Dr. Kengo Torii, Nippon Dental University, Japan gave a Video presentation on “Occlusal adjustment using the bite plate-induced occlusal position as a reference position for temporomandibular disorders” on July18, 2017 in connection with this conference as a curtain raiser to this topic.

This conference was a path breaking opportunity for students too, were given a chance to exhibit their paramount research work through Poster Presentations and discuss the same with the exalted scientists.
