25th World Conference on Food Science and Technology scheduled during November 11-12, 2019, Tokyo, Japan with the support and contribution of the Organizing Committee Members.

The conference was organized around the theme “Investigation & Improvement in Food & Nutritional Science”.
The conference was marked with workshops, multiple sessions, Keynote presentations, panel discussions and Poster sessions. We received active participation from scientists, young and brilliant researchers, business delegates and talented student communities, who have driven this event into the path of success.
The conference proceedings were carried out through various Scientific-sessions and plenary lectures, of which the following Speakers were highlighted as Keynote speakers:
