This 3rd International Conference and Exhibition on Food Processing & Technology uplifted with more than 50 poster presentations by researchers, students, professors, industry delegates around 20 countries across the globe.

OMICS Group International has taken the privilege of felicitating Food Technology-2014 Organizing Committee Members, Editorial Board Members of the supported Journals and Keynote Speakers who supported for the success of this event and special privilege to Louisiana State University, USA for providing Continuing Education credits to all the participants.

Food Technology-2014 is known for uplifting the future of Food Processing by encouraging students and fellow researchers to present their work through Poster Presentations and Young Research Forum. Students participated with great zeal and the best posters were awarded for their efforts and outstanding contribution to the food science research. The best Young Research Forum (YRF) awardees were: Emma Loughrill, University of Greenwich, UK; Manuel Krewinkel, University of Hohenheim, Germany; Moras Benjamin, Université de Toulouse, France and Debolina Ghosh, Hathaway Brown School, USA.
