Ophthalmology Conference 2018 Report
In the presence of inter professional researchers and practitioners involved in the development of high quality education in all aspects of Ophthalmology clinical skills, 17th Asia Pacific Ophthalmologists Annual Meeting was held during September 17 -18, 2018 at Radisson Hotel Narita, Tokyo, Japan.
Conference Series llc LTD played a key role in gathering diverse panel of key members of the Ophthalmology community from research lab, industry, academia and financial investment practices, discussing the future of Ophthalmology and Optometry specialties. This event was really aimed for examining where the real ophthalmological specialties are going in the future and purpose of the event was to provide an opportunity for cross fertilization of ideas and development of ideas, in the field of Ophthalmology.
The conference aimed a parallel rail with theme “Visualizing the global advancements in Ophthalmology and Optometry”. Focusing on Femtosecond Laser Cataract Surgery , amblyopia, corneal dystrophy, Retina and Retinal Disorders, Ophthalmology & Research, Retinoblastoma, Refractive errors and management, Glaucoma, Neuro-Ophthalmology, Contact Lens, Corneal disorders as well, the 2 days of discussions enabled professionals to gain an insight into the current innovations and opened up networking opportunities.
Ophthalmology Conference 2018 Organizing Committee would like to thank the Moderators of the conference, Dr. Fazliana Ismail, University of Malaya, Malaysia for her contribution and great support and Dr. Elżbieta Kalaczyńska, Poland for her support which resulted in the smooth functioning of the conference.
The highlights of the meeting were the workshop on Femtosecond Laser Cataract Surgery: The nuts and bolts from the clinic to the operating room, delivered by Dr. Scott E. LaBorwit and Dr. Robert S Stutman from Select Eye Care, USA. The keynote talks by Dr. Hongwei Deng and Dr. Fazliana Ismail, Dr. Wungrak Choi, Dr. Juping Liu, these talks were of great interest to the general ophthalmologists and were enormously informative.
17th Asia Pacific Ophthalmologists Annual Meeting was a great success with the support of international, multiprofessional steering committee and coordinated by the Journal of Clinical & Experimental Ophthalmology, International Journal of Ophthalmic Pathology and Biological System: Open Access.
We are happy to announce our 18th Asia Pacific Ophthalmologists Annual Meeting, which will be held during July 29-30, 2019 at Melbourne, Australia.
