Conferenceseries LLC hosted the 2^nd International Conference on Retroviruses and Novel Drugs during June 30-July 01, 2016 at Doubletree by Hilton Cape Town, South Africa with the theme “Synergistic Approaches in Anti-Retroviral Drug Research”.  Benevolent response and active participation was received from the Editorial Board Members of OMICS Group Journals as well as from the leading academic scientists, researchers, research scholars, students and leaders from the fields of Retrovirology, who made this event successful.

The conference was embarked with an opening ceremony followed by a series of lectures delivered by both Honorable Guests and members of the Keynote forum. The adepts who promulgated the theme with their exquisite talk from Dr. Donatien Mavoungou, Université des Sciences de la Santé, Gabon, Dr. Stephen D. Barr, Western University London, Ontario Canada, and Vladimir Zajac, Cancer Research Institute, Slovakia  with Key Note addresses.

The conference sub themed with various vital research topics like Retroviral Pathogenesis, Retroviral Co- infections, Endogenous Retroviruses, Anti-Retroviral Drugs, Retroviral Clinical Trials, AIDS and Epidemiology, HIV/AIDS and Africa and AIDS, STDs and STIs were carried out through various sessions, in which the discussions were held.
