Analytrix-2012 Report
The International Expo and Conference on Analytrix & HPLC, hosted by the OMICS Group. It was held during October 22-24, 2012, in DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago-North Shore, USA. Generous response and active participation was received from the Editorial Board Members of OMICS Group Journals as well as from scientists, researchers and leaders from Pharma, government organizations, students who made this conference as one of most successful and productive events in 2012 from OMICS Group.
The conference was carried out through various sessions, in which the discussions were held on the following scientific tracks:
- Track 1: HPLC & Applications
- Track 2: Chromatography
- Track 3: Electrophoresis
- Track 4: NMR & MRI
- Track 5: Microarray, Micro fluids & Lab chips
- Track 6: X-ray Crystallography & Advanced Microscopy
- Track 7: New Technologies & Techniques in Life sciences
- Track 8: Biosensors & Bioelectronics
- Track 9: Spectroscopy
- Track 10: Applied Bioanalysis
- Track 11: Mass Spectroscopy
- Track 12: Other Analytical tools
The response to the International Expo and Conference on Analytrix & HPLC was huge and was attended by about 200 delegates representing 30 countries from different corners of the world.
The conference was initiated with a series of invited lectures delivered by both Honorable Guests and members of the keynote forum. The list included Michael Retsky, Harvard School of Public Health, USA; John A. McLean, Vanderbilt University, USA; Richard D. Schaller, Northwestern University, USA; Jagat R. Kanwar, Deakin University, Australia; Jun Zhang, Abbott Laboratories, USA; Jiri Adamec, University of Nebraska – Lincoln, USA; Su Chen, The Chainon Neurotrophin Biotechnology INC, USA , Lakshmy Nair, Baxter health care, USA.
All the above mentioned Honorable Guests and keynote speakers gave their energetic and fruitful contributions at Analytrix-2012.
All accepted abstracts have been indexed in OMICS Group Journal of Chromatography & Separation Techniques, as a special issue. The theme of this Conference was on " Recent Advances and Approaches in HPLC and other Analytical techniques ". Based on this, speaker's discussions included many recommendations.
We are also obliged to various outside experts, company representatives and other eminent personalities who supported the conference by facilitating the discussion forums. Our sincere thanks to Organizing Committee Members for their gracious presence, support and assistance towards Analytrix-2012, and with their unique feedback, OMICS Group would like to announce the "2nd International Expo and Conference on Analytrix & HPLC " to be held at California during October 15-17, 2013.
