Recommended Conferences for Reverse Phase HPLC

Reverse Phase HPLC

As per available reports about 58 Relevant Journals, 42 Conferences, 40 Workshops are presently dedicated exclusively to reverse phase HPLC and about 1,580 articles are being published on reverse phase HPLC.

Reverse Phase HPLC: HPLC is a poecilonym for High Pressure Liquid Chromatography or High Performance Liquid Chromatography. HPLC is very similar to other types of chromatography like paper, thin layer, or gas in that it is a separation technique and can be used for both quantitative and qualitative analysis of a mixture.

This instrument consists of various parts:

• Mobile phase,

• Pump,

• Sample injector,

• Column,

• Detector

• Recorder

OMICS International Organizes 1000+ Global Events Every Year across USA, Europe & Asia with support from 1000 more scientific societies and Publishes 700+ Open access journals which contains over 100000 eminent personalities, reputed scientists as editorial board and organizing committee members. The conference series website will provide you list and details about the conference organize worldwide.

Scope and Importance:

In HPLC, the mobile phase is mechanically pumped across the stationary phase under pressure. Individual components are separated based on their interaction with the stationary phase. After separated, the components pass through a detector which gives a signal to the recorder.

In HPLC, the mobile phase is mechanically pumped across the stationary phase under pressure. Individual components are separated based on their interaction with the stationary phase. After separated, the components pass through a detector which gives a signal to the recorder.

Two types of HPLC are normal phase and the more common reverse phase. In Normal phase LC, the stationary phase is polar and the mobile phase is non-polar. While in Reverse phase LC is opposite of normal phase: the stationary phase is non-polar and the mobile phase is polar.

The most common stationary phases used in reverse phase HPLC is termed as C18. This type of column packing consists of octadecylsilane chemically bonded to silica. The silica media consists of tight beads with less than 20um in diameter is able to withstand high pressures. Due to their highly porous nature, silica particles have enormously large surface areas. The surface area in 1 gram of silica is up to 400m2
Market Analysis:

The global market for process analytical technology (PAT) instrumentation in 2013 was $305.1 million, which is expected to reach about $326.3 million by year-end 2014. The projected PAT instrumentation market is expected to be valued at around $450.6 million by 2019 at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6.7% for the period of 2014 to 2019.
