Blood Volume

As per available reports about 8 Conferences, 10 workshops are presently dedicated exclusively to Blood Volume and articles are being published on Blood Volume.

Blood volume is the volume of blood (both RBC and plasma) in the circulatory system of any individual. A typical adult has a blood volume of approximately between 4.7 and 5 liters, with females normally having less blood volume than males. Blood volume is regulated by the kidneys. Diagnostic technologies are commercially accessible to measure human blood volume. Blood Volume Examination is the only FDA approved instrument that provides a measure of Red Blood Cells and Plasma with 98% accuracy. Blood volume measurement is indicated for the diagnosis and treatment patients suffering from Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic hypertension, Renal Failure and Critical Care. . Personalized cancer medicine, Genomics and Preventive medicine are emerging practice of medicine that uses an individual's genetic profile to guide decisions made in regard to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of disease.

OMICS International Organizes 1000+ Global Events Every Year across USA, Europe & Asia with support from 1000 more scientific societies and Publishes 700+ Open access journals which contains over 100000 eminent personalities, reputed scientists as editorial board and organizing committee members. The conference series website will provide you list and details about the conference organize worldwide.

Scope and Importance:

Blood is filtered at the glomerulus. This filtrate contains sodium, water and other substances. As the filtrate travels through the proximal tubule, loop of Henle, distal and collecting tubules, the concentration of sodium is altered by transport of sodium across the tubular wall and into the renal interstitium, where it can diffuse into a dense network of intrarenal capillaries. Some of the renal tubules are permeable to water, so water leaves those tubular regions along with the sodium.

The table at right shows circulating blood volumes, specified as volume per kilogram, for healthy adults of a variety of animals. On the other hand, it can be 20% less in obese and old animals. Hypovolemia is characterized by salt (sodium) depletion and thus differs from dehydration, which is defined as excessive loss of body water. Minor hypovolemia from a known cause that has been completely controlled may be countered with initial rest for up to half an hour. Oral fluids that comprise moderate sugars and electrolytes are needed to replenish exhausted sodium ions. Furthermore the suggestion for the donor is to eat good solid meals with proteins for the next few days.

Market Analysis:

Market analysis would be used, rather than direct examination of the gene, for several reasons: 1. The gene location is known, but the gene sequence has not yet been determined and thus cannot be analyzed directly. But if markers exist close to the gene locus, then the mutant gene can be inferred through marker analysis. 2. Marker analysis is much faster analysis then directs gene sequencing. 3. Marker analysis is much cheaper then gene analysis. Marker analysis can generally be performed for under $200, while a complete screen of a gene can be several thousand dollars.
